Autocall - Restaurant Visual Paging Systems
AUTOCALL is our Queue Management system designed specifically
for use in Pubs, Clubs and Restaurants. With highly sophisticated software and simplicity of use,
AUTOCALL is the most widely used Queuing system in the UK hospitality trade. It is a visual paging
system that allows staff to communicate easily with each other or directly with customers by paging
the AUTOCALL 6-line display panel. AUTOCALL has been developed with a wide range of proven software
and can be set up to blend seamlessly into any Restaurant as demonstrated below.
Restaurant - Waiter Call
This system has a key pad in the kitchen. When the food order is ready to be "called away",
Chef keys the table number into the key pad and the number is displayed in the dining area
to alert the waiting staff. Table numbers can be prefixed to show when individual courses
are ready or which collection point to attend in larger kitchens. Display numbers can also
be programmed to flash after an interval if an order is still waiting for collection.
Customer Call
When restaurants are very full, new customers can be given a numbered token and invited to
relax in the bar. When a table becomes vacant, waiting staff can key in the appropriate
number and the display panels in the bar will alert the customers that their reserved
table is now available.
Restaurant - Layaway
Layaway is a two-way paging system whereby waiting staff can page Chef to let him know
that a particular table is ready for the next course. The table number appears on the
kitchen display and Chef cancels this number when the course is ready. The table number
is then displayed on the restaurant display panel to inform the waiter to collect the
order from the kitchen.
