AUTOCALL- Pub and Club visual paging systems

AUTOCALL is our Queue Management system designed specifically for use in Pubs, Clubs and Restaurants. With the extensive range of software available, it can be used in Pubs and Bowling Alleys as a visual paging system to alert customers that their meal, table or bowling lane is available. Customers can relax, confident that they will be prompted when their number appears on the AUTOCALL 6-line panel. In Night Clubs it is always essential to know the exact number of people inside the venue. AUTOCALL 1-line red digit or green digit display panels can be installed to display this information for Security staff. AUTOCALL has been developed and programmed for use in a wide variety of situations, some of which are described here.
AUTOCALL displays

Public House

The customer orders a meal at the bar and is given a numbered ticket. The order is passed to the kitchen and when the food is ready, Chef enters the ticket number into the kitchen key pad. The customer relaxes away from the bar and sees his number displayed on the nearest display panel and returns to the bar to collect his meal.

Bowling Alley

AUTOCALL can be used to page customers situated in another area of the Bowling Alley such as the bar, restaurant or games room to let them know that their lane number is now available.

Night Club People Counter

The AUTOCALL door management system can key in the numbers of people arriving and departing at different club entrances. The information can then be displayed at each door using the AUTOCALL 1-line 60mm digit display panel to give an accurate record of the total number of people in the club.
