Introduction

 

SmartSoft consists of  a number of software programs that can be installed on one or more PCs to provide a comprehensive Queue Management System. This guide details the installation of the following programs:

 

SmartCore. The core program, builds and administers the database and controls System16 Queue Management Hardware via the network enabled SmartGateway device.

 

SmartCenter. Used by administrators to configure the Queue Management System. Set up and maintain the user accounts, obtain detailed statistical reports and view live system status. SmartCenter can be used to configure multiple sites.

 

SmartMonitor. Drives the public TFT screens used to call customers for service. SmartMonitor has multiple display modes and can be configured to show Power Point Presentations, Videos etc. along with Queueing information. SmartMonitor can simultaneously drive up to 4 screens with each screen configured separately.

 

SmartPrinter. Drives the ticket printers and Touch Screens. Like the SmartMonitor, this program can also control up to 4, individually configured Touch screens.
