SmartCenter is used to configure the Queue Management System and to generate the extensive reports which can be printed and exported in various formats. The location of SmartCenter is flexible. It can be installed on the same PC as SmartCore or on one or more remote PCs. The smartCenter Account Setup Wizard runs as part of the installation process. This Wizard sets up a database account allowing smartCenter to access the database on the PC running SmartCore. After the account has been created the Wizard gives you the opportunity to create additional accounts. This allows you to use one smartCenter to Administer multiple Queue Management Systems.
