DigiQ Quick Start

DigiQ Displays are supplied pre-configured to control either a Call Forward Queue or a Ticket Queue. Choose a suitable location and mount the display using the supplied VESA mount. Plug the 15 V DC power into the display. The display will initialise and after a few seconds is ready for use. Test the display by pressing a Wire Free button. If you wish to change from a Call Forward Queue to a Ticket Queue or vice versa see the section on Programming DigiQ.

The button has 3 functions

Single Click:

Call the Next customer / Call the Next ticket for service

Double Click:

Switch Voice

Treble Click:

Fast Increment the display - Only for tickets

 

 

Single Click

Pressing the button once increments the display and calls the next ticket or flashes and announces the the room number depending on the Queue Type. Buttons are allocated a counter / position number during programming.

 

Double Click

To switch between the Female and Male voice double click the button. This operation does not call a ticket.

 

Treble Click

Fast increment is used to quickly set the next ticket number to be called. Treble click and the display will increment, slowly at first then faster, without announcing tickets. Single  click to exit fast increment. Note: Treble click defaults to No Action when DigiQ is configured as a Call Forward system.
